What we do
Accept a top-up request for a valid 10-digit nol tag ID in Dubai, process the payment, and send a receipt by email once it clears.
Recharge your Dubai transit card from a phone or laptop, any time of day. Enter the 10-digit nol tag ID, pick a top-up amount, and we email you a receipt. No app install, no counter visit — this is the fastest way to top up nol card online today.
We are not the card issuer. This is a third-party self-service portal that takes a nol tag ID, a top-up amount, and an email, then routes the payment for you. Below is what we do, and what we do not do.
Accept a top-up request for a valid 10-digit nol tag ID in Dubai, process the payment, and send a receipt by email once it clears.
We do not issue cards, change cardholder data, register new accounts, sell physical cards, or replace lost cards. Use the card issuer for that.
Faster than walking to a counter, lighter than an extra mobile app. Works from any browser, in English and Arabic.
Each top-up is a single, short session. No accounts, no saved cards, nothing to remember between sessions.
You will find the number printed on the back of the physical card. Only digits — we strip anything else automatically before the request is sent.
Choose one of the preset values — AED 30, 40, 50, 100 or 150 — or enter a custom amount between AED 5 and AED 500 for the current top-up.
Once the payment is confirmed, the receipt with the order reference and the credited amount is sent to the email you entered. Keep it for your records.
You commute every workday on the Metro or the bus and the low-balance alert just lit up.
You bought a silver nol card on arrival and want to keep it topped up without queueing at a station.
You hold a student nol and want to refill before the new semester or a long-weekend trip across the city.
You manage several cards at home — top each one up separately, one short session at a time.
It is late evening, the counters are closed, and you need a working card in the morning.
“Used it once at 11pm before a 6am flight from the airport. Took longer to dig the card out of my wallet than to top it up.”

Ten short answers to the questions we receive most often. Full list lives on the dedicated FAQ page.
Open the recharge page, enter the 10-digit nol tag ID printed on the back of the card, pick a top-up amount (AED 30, 40, 50, 100, 150 or a custom value AED 5–500), enter your email and submit. The receipt is sent to the email you provided.
Most payments are processed within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. During off-peak hours it is typically faster than during morning and evening commute peaks.
Cards issued by major networks accepted by our payment processor. Method availability may change without notice depending on the processor — you will see the active options on the payment screen.
Minimum top-up is AED 5, maximum AED 500 per session. The total charged to your bank card is shown before you confirm the payment.
Reply to the receipt email with the order reference. We will check the transaction with the processor and either complete the top-up or initiate a refund. Do not retry the top-up — it may result in a duplicate charge.
We never store full card data. The card form is handled by the payment processor’s PCI-compliant page, not by this website.
Yes — see the refund policy for the exact rules and the timeline. Submit a refund request by email with the order reference.
