About this service

A small, independent tool to top up nol card online — built for Dubai commuters.

We are not the card issuer. This is a third-party self-service portal that takes a nol tag ID, a top-up amount, and an email, then routes the payment for you. Below is what we do, and what we do not do.

What we do

Accept a top-up request for a valid 10-digit nol tag ID in Dubai, process the payment, and send a receipt by email once it clears.

What we do not do

We do not issue cards, change cardholder data, register new accounts, sell physical cards, or replace lost cards. Use the card issuer for that.

Why people use it

Faster than walking to a counter, lighter than an extra mobile app. Works from any browser, in English and Arabic.

Three steps

Nol card recharge online, end to end.

Each top-up is a single, short session. No accounts, no saved cards, nothing to remember between sessions.

  1. I.

Enter the 10-digit nol tag ID

You will find the number printed on the back of the physical card. Only digits — we strip anything else automatically before the request is sent.

  2. II.

    Pick a top-up amount

Choose one of the preset values — AED 30, 40, 50, 100 or 150 — or enter a custom amount between AED 5 and AED 500 for the current top-up.

  3. III.

    Receive the receipt by email

Once the payment is confirmed, the receipt with the order reference and the credited amount is sent to the email you entered. Keep it for your records.

Who tops up here

Five everyday cases where this online top-up saves time.

Daily commute

You commute every workday on the Metro or the bus and the low-balance alert just lit up.

Visitor in Dubai

You bought a silver nol card on arrival and want to keep it topped up without queueing at a station.

Student card

You hold a student nol and want to refill before the new semester or a long-weekend trip across the city.

Family with multiple cards

You manage several cards at home — top each one up separately, one short session at a time.

Last-minute refill

It is late evening, the counters are closed, and you need a working card in the morning.

“Used it once at 11pm before a 6am flight from the airport. Took longer to dig the card out of my wallet than to top it up.”

Common questions

Top-up FAQ — answered in plain English.

Ten short answers to the questions we receive most often. Full list lives on the dedicated FAQ page.

How do I top up nol card through this site?

Open the recharge page, enter the 10-digit nol tag ID printed on the back of the card, pick a top-up amount (AED 30, 40, 50, 100, 150 or a custom value AED 5–500), enter your email and submit. The receipt is sent to the email you provided.

How long does the top-up take to be loaded onto the card?

Most payments are processed within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. During off-peak hours it is typically faster than during morning and evening commute peaks.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cards issued by major networks accepted by our payment processor. Method availability may change without notice depending on the processor — you will see the active options on the payment screen.

What are the fees and limits?

Minimum top-up is AED 5, maximum AED 500 per session. The total charged to your bank card is shown before you confirm the payment.

What if my payment went through but the balance was not loaded?

Reply to the receipt email with the order reference. We will check the transaction with the processor and either complete the top-up or initiate a refund. Do not retry the top-up — it may result in a duplicate charge.

Is it safe to enter card details here?

We never store full card data. The card form is handled by the payment processor’s PCI-compliant page, not by this website.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see the refund policy for the exact rules and the timeline. Submit a refund request by email with the order reference.

How can I contact support?

Email help@nolcardmanage.com, call +971 4 388 2607, or use the form on the contact page.

Which transit cards do you support?

This service is built for the nol card used on Dubai public transport. Other transit cards from other emirates are not supported here.

Where can I use my nol card after the top-up?

The card works as it did before — across the Dubai Metro, buses, the Tram, and on the water bus, plus partner retail terminals that accept nol payments.

Ready to top up your nol card?

One short form, three fields, AED 5 minimum. No app to install, no account to create.
