A few questions before you top up.

What if I enter the wrong nol tag ID?

If the payment routes to a non-existent or wrong nol tag ID, contact support with the order reference within 14 days and we will arrange a refund.

Can I top up two cards in one session?

No — one nol tag ID per session keeps the receipt clean. Top up the first card, wait for the email receipt, then start a second session for the second card.

Do I need an account?

No accounts. Each top-up is a single, standalone session. We do not store the nol tag ID or the email between sessions.

Which is the safest minimum / maximum amount?

Pick whatever you usually load at a counter. Minimum AED 5 is convenient for a one-off ride, AED 150 covers most weekly commuters in Dubai.
