1. Who we are
Nolcard online top-up is an independent self-service portal operating from 9, 17th St., Al Karama, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not the card issuer and we do not represent the card issuer. The service exists to accept payments for top-ups intended for the nol card used on Dubai public transport.
2. Eligibility
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, hold a payment card valid for online transactions, and be using a valid 10-digit nol tag ID issued for a nol card in Dubai.
3. How a session works
- You enter the nol tag ID, choose a top-up amount and provide an email.
- The session is independent — there is no account, no saved profile and no cross-session history visible to you.
- Payment is handled by a third-party PCI-compliant processor; full card data never reaches this site.
- An email receipt is sent once the payment is confirmed.
4. Fees and amounts
Minimum top-up is AED 5, maximum AED 500 per session. The total charged to your bank card is shown before you confirm the payment. We reserve the right to update limits without prior notice; the limits visible at the time of your session apply.
5. Your responsibilities
- Enter the correct nol tag ID. Top-ups loaded to a wrong but existing card cannot always be reversed automatically.
- Use a valid email you have access to — receipts and any follow-up communication are sent there.
- Do not retry a failed top-up immediately if you are unsure of the payment status. Use the contact form first.
6. Our obligations
We process the payment promptly, send a receipt, and answer support requests during the published office hours. Where a top-up does not reach the card, we either complete it or refund per the refund policy.
7. Service availability
The service is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or due to processor incidents. See service status.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant top-up. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed transit connections, lost time, or charges by your bank.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, use automated scripts to submit top-ups, attempt to defraud the payment processor, or use the service for money-laundering or sanctions-evasion purposes. We may refuse a session and reverse a top-up if any of these are suspected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the most recent update is shown at the top.
