1. What we collect
- Nol tag ID — the 10-digit number you enter on the recharge form, used to route the top-up to the right card.
- Top-up amount — the AED amount you chose.
- Email address — used to send the receipt and to follow up on order-specific support requests.
- Order reference and timestamp — generated for each payment so we can find it later.
2. What we do not collect
- Full bank card numbers — these are handled by the payment processor, not by this website.
- Browser fingerprints, GPS, or any third-party advertising identifiers.
- Browsing behaviour across sessions — there is no analytics tracker on this site.
3. Cookies
A single first-party cookie remembers that you accepted the cookies notice. It contains no personal data. There are no third-party tracking cookies.
4. Why we collect what we collect
To process the top-up, to send a receipt, to comply with payment and tax obligations in the UAE, and to handle support requests where the order reference is needed.
5. How long we keep it
- Order records — kept for the period required by UAE tax and accounting regulations (typically five years).
- Support correspondence — kept for up to two years from the last reply, then deleted.
- Session data (entered but unsubmitted) — discarded as soon as the browser tab closes.
6. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor to complete the transaction, and with our email provider to send the receipt. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing help@nolcardmanage.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted with TLS. Card data is processed by a PCI-compliant third party that we do not share infrastructure with.
9. Children
This service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
