Refund policy

Refunds for top up nol card transactions.

This page describes when a top-up qualifies for a refund, how to request one, and how long it takes. It applies to all payments made through the recharge form on this site.

1. When a refund applies

A refund is available in the following cases:

  • The payment cleared but the top up nol card amount was not loaded onto the card within 24 hours.
  • The amount loaded does not match the amount that was charged to your bank card.
  • The nol tag ID entered was a typo and the load went to a non-existent card — request must be made within 14 days of the receipt.
  • A duplicate charge for the same top-up was registered by the payment processor.

2. When a refund does not apply

  • You loaded the card with a smaller or larger amount than you intended — the top-up was completed as instructed and the funds are spendable on the card.
  • The card was later lost, blocked or replaced — for card replacement, contact the card issuer directly.
  • You changed your mind after the load was completed.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email help@nolcardmanage.com with the order reference, the date of the top-up, the amount, and a short description.
  2. We acknowledge the request within one working day and ask for any missing details.
  3. If approved, the refund is issued through the same payment method that was originally charged.

4. Timeline

From approval to the funds appearing on your bank card statement, refunds typically take 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer. Cross-bank refunds can take longer; please allow up to 14 working days before following up.

5. Fees and partial refunds

We do not deduct a service fee from the refunded amount. Where the bank charges a processing fee on the original transaction, that fee may not be returnable by the bank; this is outside of our control.

6. Disputes

If we do not reach an agreement, you may raise a dispute through your card issuer. We provide all documentation needed to investigate the case.
