How to top up

How do I top up nol card through this site?

Go to the recharge page, enter the 10-digit nol tag ID printed on the back of your card, pick a preset amount (AED 30, 40, 50, 100, 150) or enter a custom amount between AED 5 and AED 500, enter your email and submit. We email the receipt once the payment clears.

Do I need an account?

No. Each session is independent. There is nothing to sign up for, no saved cards, no profile. If you want a copy of an old receipt, see the history page.

Which transit cards do you support?

This service is built for the nol card used across Dubai public transport. Cards from other emirates are not supported here.

Timing, fees and limits — nol card recharge online basics

How long does the top-up take to be loaded on the card?

Most top-ups land on the card within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. During morning and evening commute peaks it can take a little longer; off-peak it is usually faster.

What are the fees and limits?

Minimum top-up is AED 5, maximum AED 500 per session. The total amount charged to your bank card is shown before you confirm the payment, so there are no surprises.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major bank cards accepted by our payment processor. Method availability may change without notice depending on the processor; the active options are shown on the payment screen.

If something goes wrong

My payment cleared but the balance was not loaded — what now?

Reply to the receipt email with the order reference. We check the transaction with the processor and either complete the top-up or initiate a refund. Do not retry the same top-up — it may result in a duplicate charge.

Is it safe to enter card details here?

The card form is hosted by a PCI-compliant payment processor, not by this website. We never see or store full card numbers.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see the refund policy for the exact rules and the timeline. Refund requests must include the order reference from the receipt email.
